Kometos has supplied a complete production line to a Finnish lettuce and fresh produce manufacturer. The line includes all necessary steps and machinery, covering everything from pre-processing of products to washing, drying, and packaging. The line produces cut lettuce, vegetables, and fruits for institutional kitchens and retail stores. The products are ready to serve or available as components for further use.
The factory has three production lines, the longest of which is over sixty meters. Together with an advanced operations control system, they ensure optimal efficiency and flexibility in production processes.
